Community is woven into every project we deliver at GEDG

From ensuring local communities are engaged as key stakeholders throughout every project, to designing access to wild spaces from the very beginning, our commitment runs deep. We actively support local community funds, create opportunities for schools to connect with nature, and help establish outdoor classrooms, because we believe every project should enrich the lives of the people it touches.

“I can’t thank your organisation enough for supporting this roof application, I can honestly say it has been a ‘game changer’ for us to get this news. We had a committee meeting this evening and to say they were ‘bowled over/ actually speechless’ when they heard about your support. On behalf of the club, the committee, club members and the community we serve, we want to thank you and show just how much your funding support is appreciated. Please let us have your thoughts, thank you again, it really does mean the world to us.”

Barbara, Astley Community Club

“MYSENSability has successfully secured some funding for Parent Advocacy support and mental health assistance for families and children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the Astley/Tyldesley/Moseley Common/Atherton area. This funding will provide parents with the opportunity to receive inperson, hands-on advice, guidance, and support, including attendance at meetings with parents. Additionally, the mental health support will offer funded sessions for families and children with a fully trained therapist who specialises in working with children and families facing SEN challenges. Thank you to Green Earth Developments for this invaluable support, and for supporting MYSENSability a local community interest company which will greatly benefit SEN families in our local area.”

“The Friends of Astley Memorial group would like to offer our sincere thanks for the support and the amazing funding which Green Earth Developments have given to our project regarding the manufacture and installation of the new steel memorial on the Bullcroft, Manchester Road in Astley. Without your help this whole project would not have been possible.”
